In this newly created role, Wagner will be regionally responsible for curating and managing VOD services, linear channels, YouTube, websites and social media across Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Cartoonito and Boing. He will also lead the platforms’ local programming, presentation, marketing, PR and digital teams. He begins July 1 and will report to WarnerMedia EMEA’s head of kids Vanessa Brookman.
Wagner most recently served as VP of brand marketing at German toyco Schleich. He previously held a number of roles at Disney EMEA, including VP and GM of Disney Channels and VP of digital innovation.

Oomen started her new position last month. She previously served as executive director of marketing strategy for Disney EMEA.
